POSITION SUMMARY

The Personal Trainer plays a key role in promoting healthy lifestyles and empowering members to reach their fitness goals. This position is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging exercise programs that reflect the YMCA’s mission and values. Personal Trainers build meaningful connections, motivate clients, and foster an inclusive atmosphere where individuals of all fitness levels feel supported and inspired.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and lead personalized fitness programs.
• Greet members with enthusiasm and develop positive, professional relationships.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress.
• Educate members on proper equipment use and technique, including the use of our brand-new Technogym and Vertimax training equipment.
• Provide motivation and support for healthy lifestyle changes.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and facility.
• Provide guidance and answering member questions to support their health and wellness goals.
