Deep Water Aerobics class is a moderate to intense workout that utilizes equipment to help tone and strengthen with no impact. (45-60 min.)

Y Boot Camp incorporates resistance and cardiovascular training for a total body workout each session. This circuit style training format is for all fitness levels. Participants can also utilize heart rate monitors to set goals and track their individual progress for each session. (45 min.)
Yoga classes use moves from Hatha and Vinyasa yoga disciplines to develop balance, strength and flexibility for better health, fitness and stress relief. (45-60 min.)
