Description:
The Midland YMCA is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative to work at our front desk.
The successful candidate will join the membership team greeting and admitting members and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities for this part-time position include scanning cards, answering phones, responding to questions regarding Y programs and services and general customer service support. We are seeking a person who treats everyone with courtesy, respect and consideration; displays integrity; listens actively and genuinely; communicates in a clear and pleasant manner; embraces differences among people; demonstrates an active willingness to learn and grow; and works cooperatively as a team member. Requirements:
-Certified in CPR and First Aid (or be certified within 30 days of hire).
-Complete YMCA child abuse prevention within 30 days of hire along with other required trainings.
-Must be 16 years of age.
