Water Aerobics

One-hour medium to high intensity water exercise class. Deep water aerobics use Hydro-Fit equipment for water resistance to tone and strengthen. Shallow water aerobics target upper and lower body conditioning using water resistance. (60 min.)

Arthritis Classes

This 45 minute class incorporates range of motion, toning, flexibility and strengthening.  Shallow water exercises are practiced. (45 min.)


Is the newest aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body. This workout has land equivalent intensity, fantastic sing along music and dynamic instruction. (60 min.)


A balance and strength based water class for all fitness levels, that challenges the body to maintain proper postural control and alignment with a series of movements on an unsteady surface for a total body core strengthening workout. 

Recreational Swim

This free benefit of membership offers a fun opportunity for families to enjoy the water together! Splash, play, swim laps -- just jump in and live it up! Some noodles are available and families may bring their own life jackets, floaties or toys that fall within the YMCA pool guidelines. Children under 6 years old and/or those wearing a life jacket or floaties must have an adult in the water with them. Appropriate swim attire is required. See pool schedule for times of Family Swim.

Lap Swim:

Members may get their exercise by swimming laps in the 25 yard pool. It has four lanes with a depth range of 3.5 feet to 9 feet and the temperature range is maintained at 88 - 90 degrees. See schedule for times of Lap Swim.
