One-hour medium to high intensity water exercise class. Deep water aerobics use Hydro-Fit equipment for water resistance to tone and strengthen. Shallow water aerobics target upper and lower body conditioning using water resistance. (60 min.)
This 45 minute class incorporates range of motion, toning, flexibility and strengthening. Shallow water exercises are practiced. A medical release signed by your physician may be required in order to participate in this class. (45 min.)
